What the bot does
- Finds the right car and checks that it's available on the dates the customer needs.
- Shows specs and rates, and calculates the price.
- Pulls customer details from the CRM.
- Helps with the paperwork.
- Once the booking is confirmed, creates a contract in the CRM and sends a link to pay the deposit.
- Hands tricky cases and hesitant customers straight to a manager.
How it works
The bot connects to the company's own CRM via API: it sees the cars, dates and customer data. A second bot works on Avito and the website: it picks a car and passes the lead to a manager.
